Ampiamente utilizzati nel settore dell'elettronica di potenza, gli IGBT si distinguono nelle applicazioni che richiedono elevate capacit\u00e0 di gestione di tensione e corrente, come gli azionamenti per motori, i sistemi di energia rinnovabile, i veicoli elettrici e le apparecchiature industriali.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><h2>Vantaggi del design dell'inverter ibrido IGBT di Oritech<\/h2><ul><li>Controllo della potenza tramite variazione di frequenza.<\/li><li>Il fattore di potenza \u00e8 superiore a 0,96 per 6 impulsi, 0,97 per 12 impulsi e 0,97 per 24 impulsi, indipendentemente dal carico. Non \u00e8 richiesto l'uso di un circuito chopper.<\/li><li>La potenza di uscita si mantiene costante anche in caso di variazioni della tensione di rete.<\/li><li>Solo la corrente attiva attraversa il dispositivo di potenza.<\/li><li>La tensione sull'IGBT corrisponde a quella del bus DC, pertanto l'IGBT non subisce alcuno stress da tensione.<\/li><li>Lo stress di corrente e tensione sui dispositivi di potenza \u00e8 ridotto.<\/li><li>Progettato per resistere ai cortocircuiti in uscita. Pu\u00f2 essere disattivato da un inverter entro 10 \u00b5s dal rilevamento del guasto e garantisce un funzionamento affidabile in qualsiasi condizione di carico.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Progettazione: ottenere un risparmio energetico compreso tra l'1,5% e il 2,5%.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Le perdite di energia elettrica che si verificano nei circuiti e nei componenti sono gestite attraverso il design del circuito ibrido Inverter - Voltage Fed Parallel Tank.<\/li><li>Le perdite associate al cavo di alimentazione che collega un alimentatore a frequenza variabile a un carico si attestano generalmente tra il 2% e il 7%.<\/li><li>Il percorso del circuito del serbatoio \u00e8 stato ridotto a meno di 1,5 metri.<\/li><li>Abbiamo testato e fornito con successo un banco di condensatori collegato al crogiolo fino a 5 metri di IMf, che consente di risparmiare circa il 2,5% di unit\u00e0 per tonnellata.<\/li><li>Stiamo conducendo test per implementare la stessa tecnologia fino a 15 metri di profondit\u00e0. start=\"3\"><li><b><b>Qualit\u00e0 costruttiva: Consente un risparmio energetico compreso tra lo 0,5% e l'1,5%.<\/b><\/b><ol><li>Lastra CRGO a laminazione sottile di alta qualit\u00e0, progettata per minimizzare le perdite di energia e calore.<\/li><li>Grazie alla particolare configurazione del banco di condensatori, non \u00e8 necessario utilizzare cavi raffreddati ad acqua fino a una potenza di 350 kW, riducendo cos\u00ec al minimo le perdite di energia e calore.<\/li><li>Le barre di rame di dimensioni ridotte, accuratamente progettate, contribuiscono a ridurre la dispersione di energia e le
